The Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (MOFCOM) is extremely excited to be holding The American Trade Show for China Name Brands (CHINABRAND 2005) in the Javits Convention Center, New York, from January 20th to 23rd 2005. CHINABRAND 2005 is the largest and only expo of its kind held in America. With an exhibition area of nearly 4000 square meters (45,000 sq. ft.) filled with products on display from China’s top 100 most renowned name brand export enterprises, this expo stands to make history.
The ultimate aim of CHINABRAND 2005 is to promote further enhancement of bilateral economic and trade relations between China and the United States, and its neighboring countries. Attendees of CHINABRAND 2005 will be introduced to hundreds of top quality, newly designed products with the latest in quality standards and high technology processes, for which the manufacturers have obtained quality control system authentication. Exhibits on display range from commodities with unique traditional Chinese features to products demonstrating China’s latest economic developments. The American Trade Show for China Name Brands concentrates on three main categories of Chinese products: electronics, textiles and clothing, and consumer products.
Since the adoption of the policy of reform and opening to the outside world, China’s national economy and foreign trade have achieved sustained growth. In kind, the quality of Chinese products has steadily improved.
