China Import & Export Fair, also know as Canton Fair, is held twice a year in Guangzhou City of china. It was initiated in April 1957 and was designed to act as an exporting arena for outstanding Chinese enterprises and their products. After 50-year development, the Canton Fair now enjoys the high reputation of “China’s No.1 Fair” for the characteristics for the longest history, the highest level, the largest scale and the greatest business turnover in China. In recent years the visitor attendance of each session increased to over 100,000 and the turnover reached nearly 14 billion US Dollars. Many famous Chambers of commerce、business associations and councils of the world praise it highly by saying it is China’s most important and well-know trade Fair, a vital platform where many business deals and transactions have been done.
The 102nd China Import & Export Fair will be held in two phases, with the exhibits of raw materials、machinery、tools、electronics、electrical appliances、 textiles、garments 、foodstuff 、native produce、 animal by-products、 medicines and health products for phase I and houseware、articles of daily use、gifts、ornaments、stationery and sporting goods for phase II. The exhibition space of the Fair will amount to 300 thousand square meters. More excellent Chinese enterprises and products are to be shown in the coming Fair.
