Background of CIHE&HVAC 2008
The 8th China International Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning Expo (CIHE & HVAC 2008), which is to be held on March 20-22nd, 2008 at Beijing Exhibition Center, will be the largest and the most influential trade platform for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning industry in China and even in the whole Asian area.
With the aim of providing a more effective venue of higher-quality for the high-tech, energy-saving and comfortable products of heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry, Beijing B&D Tiger Exhibition Co., ltd , a joint venture which was financed by China B&D Exhibition Co., Ltd and Beijing Tiger Exhibition Co., Ltd. Accordingly, China International Trade Fair for Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC CHINA) and China International Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning Products and Technology Exhibition (CIHE) which have won good reputation in HVAC industry are combined into China International Heating, Ventilation & Air conditioning Expo (CIHE &HVAC 2008), which makes it possible to share resources of visitors and the mass media and brings about great impact in the industry.
The 8th China International Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning Expo (CIHE &HVAC) will continue to develop the abundant exhibitor and trade visitor resources and propaganda experience accumulated in the former two exhibitions during the past twelve years, to provide the top show in organizing visitors, exhibitor level and specialization of HVAC exhibition in Asia and bring about unprecedented effects through a more internationalized and more specialized integrated platform.
Participation Procedures
Fill in the Space Reservation Form accurately and fax or mail to us;
After having received your application, we will send you the formal contract to confirm your booth number, cost and the deposit of your booth. Please confirm the contract and return it to us in one week. The exhibitors should pay 50% of the total rental fee as the deposit to the organizer within 7 working days after your confirmation. The 50% balance shall be paid before January 31st, 2008;
Deadline of application: January 15th, 2008;
Additional services, such as furniture, flowers, water, power and compressed air should be applied for two months before the exhibition;
Exhibitors cannot remove or sublet their booths to other companies without permission;
Exhibitors can only show the exhibits registered in the Space Reservation Form.
Important Note: Reservation without 50% deposit will be treated as invalid. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final invoice for the cost of participation.
