Why You Should Come to China:
Fast Growing Economy
China is the 4th largest economic entity and the 3rd largest trader in the world. With the GDP growth rate of about 11.4 % in 2007, it is the world’s fastest growing economy.
Huge Market Potential, Capacity to Create Demands
In 2007, the total output of automobiles hit 8, 8 million units, up 22% compared to the year 2006. China is already the 2nd largest automobile consumer and the 3rd largest whole car manufacturer in the world. The fast growth in China’s automobile market has created new demands for the global automobile industry.
Currently, less than 3% households in China own an automobile. The number of private cars is estimated to reach 80 million in 2010. Even so, the rate of private automobile per hundred person in China is just the same as that of the USA in 1925, that of the Great Britain in 1950 and that of Japan in 1965. China is the world’s largest potential market for automobiles.
In 2010, the sales volume of China’s auto parts industry will reach 800 billion RMB, with an export volume of $50 billion.
The Chinese automobile industry is characterized by a combination of both advanced and developing and newly-emerging markets. Such a huge and structurally complementary market provides unprecedented opportunities for multinationals to develop in China.
The Largest Emerging Market
Featuring the large scale and huge potential, China is labeled as the flagship among all the emerging markets. Compared with the saturated North American and European markets with their ever declining profits, the emerging market in China provides new opportunities and new quality-price balance for all global auto manufacturers.
Balance of Quality and Price
China is now learning and acquiring the advanced designing and engineering techniques from other countries. The balance between high quality and low cost continuously increase the global competitiveness of China’s auto parts products in the world markets.
Elite Gathering Arena
Up to now, world renowned automakers all set their operations in China and have realized fat profits. Moreover, their performance in the Chinese market makes an important influence in their global ranking competition.
