Sponsored by Guangzhou Municipal People’s government, the Guangzhou Fair is a large-scale international trade exhibition combining commercial exchange of trade and economy between China and other countries. Guangzhou has hosted 12 consecutives fairs with great success – the total trade volume of the 2004 fair is 1,006 signed contracts with a value of 154 billion Yuan (see www.gzfair.com.cn for more info).

The exhibition area is 60,000 sq. meters and can house 3,000 exhibition booths. More than 450,000 entrepreneurs, investors, businessmen, and business associations (domestic and abroad), have attended the Guangzhou Fair each year.
