Unlike other fairs where you can only meet perhaps 500 suppliers of which most
sell products you are not interested in, this fair turns the tables around. You
as the buyer have your own booth and you will meet pre-matched suppliers of products
you are interested in to source from China out of a population of over 10,000
qualified and vetted suppliers. Of course you can also meet potential partners
for out-sourcing, contract manufacturing or joint ventures. It is entirely up
to you. You are actively engaged in the matching process which starts from the
day you are formally registered as participant to the conference. So: the earlier
you register the better the matching and the more effective your stay. Also, places
at the conference are limited and are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Concisely summed up:
* Not an ordinary fair but an event geared towards the buyers
* Extensive pre-attendance matching
* Schedule with whom to meet set before attending and with your input (although
there will be time for sponteneous contacts as well).
Because of subsidies by Chinese government, participation is at a bargain price.
Broad Theme: consumer goods and industrial goods. But since you are pre-matched
with only suppliers you are interested in, you will surely have a very effective
and hectic three days in Shanghai. Database of over 10,000 Chinese suppliers that
participate and you can meet. Should you have special requirements, a search can
be conducted (for free) of additional suppliers according to your criteria.
