Exhibitor鈥檚 Application Guide
1. Complete the MODEFAIR application form.
2. Send the application form and your company & product catalogue or brochure via mail or fax to Mr. Scott Wang according to contact information above.
3. After your application is judged and accepted, a payment notice, an invoice and the Gereral Terms & Conditions of MODEFAIR will be sent to you.
4. To reserve your booth, please remit 20% deposit of total participation fee to China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Textiles according to bank transfer information noted in the invoice before June 30, 2005. The other 80% should be paid before July 31, 2005. The DEADLINE for space/booth application is June 30, 2005.
5. An Exhibitor鈥檚 Guide including detailed information on booth construction & display, freight, ads & sponsorships, transportation, translation, hotel & travel arrangements, Chinese visa application and other services will be sent to you by mail after your deposit is received and your booth assignment is confirmed.
