Ministry of Commerce released Announcement No.93, 2006 on Dec 13, 2006, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on imported wear resistant overlay originated from the US and Europe. The anti-dumping duty rate applicable to Papierfabrik Schoeller & Hoesch GmbH Co.KG is 10.0%.

Glatfelter Gernsbach GmbH & Co.KG claimed on Nov 23, 2007 that the Papierfabrik Schoeller & Hoesch GmbH Co.KG decided to alter its name to Glatfelter Gernsbach GmbH & Co.KG and completed related alteration procedures. The company applied to succeed the anti-dumping duty rate of Papierfabrik Schoeller & Hoesch GmbH Co.KG.

In accordance with investigation, Ministry of Commerce decides:
1. Glatfelter Gernsbach GmbH & Co.KG shall succeed the anti-dumping duty rate of 10.0% on Papierfabrik Schoeller & Hoesch GmbH Co.KG;
2. As from release of this Announcement, customs shall impose an anti-dumping duty of 42 percent on wear resistant overlay exported in name of Papierfabrik Schoeller & Hoesch GmbH Co.KG.

This Announcement shall take effect as from Jan 7, 2008.
