Qualification Standard of the Enterprises to Supply Antimony Products for Export in 2005

1. Antinomy supply enterprises for export must be smelting and processing enterprises approved by national competent departments;

2. Antinomy production capacity is more than 4 thousand ton (including 4 thousand ton, same below), (take the production capacity before the end of 2003 as the standard, same below). The average supply quantity for export is more than 1500 ton every year from 2001 to 2003;

As for the enterprises in the same conditions, the enterprises whose deep processing products take the higher proportion in comprehensive enterprises and the supplied products for export are prioritized;

3. The quality of the products reaches present national standard or industrial standard, and passed national authentication of quality system ISO9000. The enterprises who are conducting quality authentication must finish the authentication before March 31, 2005;

4. Abide by related national laws and regulations, pay social endowment insurance, employment insurance and medical insurance for workers and staffs, and provide related certificate of having paid the social endowment insurance, employment insurance and medical insurance for workers and staffs issued by labor and social security departments;

5. Total rate of recovery from tungsten concentrate to refined tungsten is more than 80 percent;

6. The energy consumption of refined tungsten is less than 1.27 ton coal / ton output;

7. Releasing of industrial dust, waste water and waste gas reaches present national environmental standard, and approved by provincial environmental department and provide the monitoring report of this year issued by provincial environmental department;

8. Have advanced equipment. Main equipment, instruments and meters are made after 1990;
